Preheat your sauna remotely using the Wi-Fi control panel from your phone. Enter when temperature reaches your desired level (typically 150-190°F). For dry heat sessions, simply relax on the cedar benches. For traditional Finnish steam, pour water from the included bucket over the hot sauna rocks using the ladle. Sessions typically last 15-20 minutes. Cool off on the covered front porch between sessions.
