You'll need a propane gas line connection for the burners and a standard 110V electrical outlet for the wine cooler and LED lighting. All necessary fittings and connections are included.
The island measures 85"W x 22.7"D x 47"H. Allow at least 3 feet of clearance on all sides for safe operation and comfortable movement around the cooking area.
The wine cooler is designed for outdoor use but should be drained and disconnected during freezing temperatures to prevent damage. Consult the manual for winterization instructions.
A standard 20 lb propane tank will work, but for extended cooking sessions we recommend a 30-40 lb tank or permanent propane line connection for uninterrupted operation.
